"Yeah, exactly," Michelle said.
"Why didn't you say that in the first place?" I asked.
"They're like dessert biscuits," she said.
Turns out dessert biscuits with strawberries are pretty fantastic.

Strawberry Shortcake
Dessert Biscuits
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1/3 cup sugar
Dessert Biscuits
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/4 cup vegan butter
1 cup soymilk
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl until it's all one homogenous powdery substance. Cut in the butter. Mix in all the soymilk until it's a doughy batter. Taste the batter and make declarations of how amazing these will be after flattening an icecream scoop full of the batter on a greased cookie sheet and baking for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Proceed to do what you declared.
Strawberries
3 cups diced strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
Put the strawberries in a small bowl, pour the sugar over the top and mix.

I like the idea of dessert biscuits, especially with fresh fruit! In the ingredient list, do you mean 1 cup whole wheat flour (and did you use WW pastry flour?) and 1 cup white wheat flour (e.g., all-purpose flour)? Sorry, just wanted to clarify.
mmmmm, dessert biscuits ~ what a great idea. and with strawberries, divine.
We are eagerly awaiting your next masterpiece, what are you cooking now?
hey guys! do you have a good recipe for vegan bread or rolls? preferably the kind that is chewier and/or can be used for sandwiches. if you do, i'd love to see it!! hope you and oliver are well!
Michelle used 1 cup whole wheat flour (not WW pastry flour cuz we don't gotz da $$$ 4 dat), although I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. And the 1 cup white flour is, as you assumed, all-purpose flour. I guess that info would probably help some people out. Thanks for asking, and sorry for the massive delay in response time.
I thought it was an excellent blog, that information has been very helpful in my life, I am a desserts lover, so I really enjoyed this reading, this weekend I want to do one! Thanks for this great moment!
